Lauren Dalke, Prenatal/Postpartum Pilates & Yoga Instructor, The Moving Joint

Lauren will lead us through stretches and exercises to get our bodies healthy and strong after all of the changes we have gone through in pregnancy, labor and as a new mom.  She will show us how to safely build muscle, strengthen our core, as well as counteract the physical toll of carrying these little people around all day.
